Not only are Dean's workouts great, but they aren't the same old thing over and over again! Lots of variety..... different things you can do with machines at a gym but also lots of exercises you can do at home with just some dumbbells or bands. The workouts alone are awesome, but he is also super knowledgeable on nutrition/diet, supplements etc as well. He does an amazing job answering questions and communicating with people on social media. He is always willing to help others!

During the HWMF Challenge I took part in, I found myself becoming very complacent with the same weightlifting exercise. I found Dean's page on Instagram and used his arm workouts and chest workouts he posted to help me! It was a great change in my routine, and I felt the burn! As a female, upper body exercises can be a struggle, so I really enjoyed being able to use Dean's workouts/exercises and challenge myself.

I have been following Dean for a few years now and had always. been impressed by his physique, so started following his workouts and was super excited to give them a try. I have incorporated them into my weekly workouts and have definitely enjoyed them. They are simple to follow, straight forward exercise with a great variety of movements with different hand/feet positioning that help with overall muscle development. His back workouts have been especially great for someone who likes to do more than just deadlift all the time. It's great too that he always mixes his exercises for different training days and of course mixes in some cardio!!

I was in a routine of doing push/pull/legs for years that I felt getting stale. Although Dean obviously didn't create the method of doing only 1-2 muscle groups a day, I found his workouts and training and after trying his exact workout split for one week... I was hooked. Now I don't feel like I'm not spending enough time on a certain muscle group and my lifts are also super fun again. Thank you Dean!
